Waldport is a town/city in Lincoln County, Oregon, United States.

The town/city is positioned on the Alsea River and Alsea Bay, 18 miles (29 km) south of Newport and 8 miles (13 km) north of Yachats.

According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 3.02 square miles (7.82 km2), of which, 2.77 square miles (7.17 km2) is territory and 0.25 square miles (0.65 km2) is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 2,033 citizens , 974 homeholds, and 530 families residing in the city.
