Halsey is a town/city in Linn County, Oregon, United States.
The town/city was established in 1872, and legally incorporated by the Oregon Legislative Assembly on October 20, 1876. The town/city takes its name from William L.
According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 0.56 square miles (1.45 km2), all land. As of the census of 2010, there were 904 citizens , 305 homeholds, and 244 families residing in the city.
